Oasis on the waterfront
3 night get away from Bangkok was wonderful, very restful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant chef was very good. Breakfast was a buffet which was a good, varied selection. We wished we could have stayed longer.

clean, tidy and good location. towels looked like the dog had chewed them. for the price we paid, we expected decent quality towels. Bed and pillows were hard too. Staff were good and helpful. property needs maintenance to walkways. breakfast for thais only, not for foreign people. probably wouldn't stay here again because to expensive for what you get.

CHA-AM Lovely
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Right across the street from the beach, and on a main road that has many shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff are truly friendly and cater to your every need. The breakfasts were very good and flavorful. The pools are fabulous.... Very clean and refreshing. Great stretch of beach, lovely views, and plenty of things to do in this area, and the best thing about it, everything is reasonably priced, and the city is not over crowded.

This hotel is located at Cha-Am beach. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Recommend!

All in all ok
All in all was the stay quite good. The pools and the room are clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately was no baby bed available, but hotel.com says perfect for families with children. I came with two, but had only one kingsize bed in the room. Could be improved. The breakfast needs also improvement. It’s just average and the staff not really motivated to refill food when something running out at 9:00am.

Beachfront Oasis
Stayed here 10 days ago, and returned to finish holiday. Good value mid week. Great breakfast, staff and pool. Balcony is huge. Pool is not chlorinated, but crystal clear, with great area around pool. House restaurant is a bit pricey, but very good, and there are a myriad of alternatives nearby. Beach over the road if you get bored of still water! On site gym if you are really at a loose end. As The Terminator said: "I will be back!"

Too many stray dogs in Cha-am
Property is very nice and clean, lovely pool. Small work out center, too warm but did have AC if had the time to cool it down. Food at breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The beach and streets had wat too many dogs, strays

This is a really lovely hotel in the middle of Cha Am. Great pool and gardens and easy walk to beach and town.

Relax and nice stay
Good and convenient location by the beach. Free breakfast has variety of selection. Nice pool. Room is clean. Need to have English channels on the TV. Room has good wifi connection.

Everything is so nice such as big pool, great room, delicious breakfast and good service except there are not enough parking lot when long weekend. I will come back again for sure but not on long weekend. :P

Relaxing Clean Place
We arrived at Cha Am Beach very jet lagged so it was the perfect spot to catch up on sleep, swim and tan by the pool. The area gets busy on the weekends but during the weekdays, it was nice that it was quiet. Not a very touristy place which I liked. The rooms were modern and comfy, and the pool area was the best area to relax. The restaurant was good too and a free breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Service is very good, and I would totally stay there again. About 2.5 hours from Bangkok.

Nice hotel, right across the road from the beach
Great hotel for a reasonable price. Large buffet breakfast, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit. Staff is great, the pool is very large and usually quite empty. Rooms are great, fully furnished patio too. Lots of gift shops along this stretch, also money exchanges and 7-11 and good restaurants nearby, try Neeshy around the corner, the cheese balls are totally decadent. Avoid on weekends when it's full of families from Bangkok if you value peace and quiet, otherwise it's great.

do not stay any place else!
everything was very good except for the internet. Quite slow and had to log in many many times! Great swimming pool. Location is perfect. Nice staff. the room was very pleasant. large enough. the hotel is very well maintained. lots of palm trees around the swimming pool. that great because in cha-am no palm trees anywhere or so few. the food is also excellent. and the price is amazing! great great value.

Everything about the place is amazing, the check in was quick and easy, the Villas are superb, spacious and clean. Have stayed in Deluxe room before and they are good as well. Superb pool. Location perfect, walk across the street, perfect beach. Good restaurant, good breakfast. Will go back again

Lovely Bann Pantai
Great stay at Bann Pantai, room size and cleanliness was fantastic. Very large shower area, rooms on the 1st floor have a lovely balcony with daybed. Breakfast options were rather limited.

Have stayed here 3 times now. A bit pricey for Cha Am but it's like a little oasis within the hotel grounds. Good to stay here if there is a beach festival taking place as it is so close.

Three day Cha-Am vacation.
The villas, at the resort, are nice and located around the pool. The resort is right across the road from Cha-Am beach. A good location for walking on the beach and enjoying the sun.

Be nice when its finished.............
Arrived at the Hotel to find that is currently being extensively refurbished (due to complete in Dec 2015), with breakfast being taken at a nearby hotel via shuttle buggy and only the pool available (no gym/bar/restaurant etc), It would have been good to know this before we arrived!. We were "upgraded" to a refurbished room, which was very nice and despite the inconvenience had a pleasant stay as we didn't hang around the hotel during the day, the Hotel will be real nice when it is finished.
