The rooms were nice and comfortable, made me feel like I was at home. Was very quiet, nobody bothered us. Overall very nice

Staff was friendly but that’s about it. Mattresses were extremely soft and way past due for replacement, ceiling fan in the bathroom barely attached, shower curtain barely attached. No fruit or even juice at the breakfast bar and the coffee was horrible so we went elsewhere for breakfast. I realize this is a no-frills chain but I’ve definitely stayed at better Super 8s.

Hotel was on route to our destination, booking was easy. Hotel is dated. Room had some broken fixtures and such. Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, with the worst pillows ever. Slept very little and was terribly uncomfortable for most of it.

The property is Nasty and dirty. There is no breakfast buffet. The front desk person had been smoking marijuana you could smell it when we checked in. When we got to our room it was not the room I reserved. They did give us another room down the hall for free for the night. But that room the shower head did not work,and there were bugs all over the room

Only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Handle on toilet was broken. Furniture had scratches and marks (time to replace).. only 1 coffee container and it was empty when we got down there

The light switch at the door didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. There was a swear word scratched into the top of the dresser. It was not clean. The lights flickered while on. The staff barely spoke to us. The breakfast was very sparse and things were not refrigerated that should have been.

No frills motel adequate accomodations
This was a motel that we got what we paid for, reasonable price, close to our location we needed. No frills, friendly staff. Breakfast was bare but ok. Room was nice to have a sofa beside a king bed and a comfortable chair to sit on. Toilet was older as it wouldn't flush unless you held the lever down til all was down. Once you ;earned that, it was fine.

We have only ever stayed at one hotel that was worse, and only because it had black mold. This hotel is not far from that. The bathroom fan was broken allowing moisture to build up. The toilet was detached from the floor and ready to fall over. The shower control knob was detached and allowed water to flow freely into the gaps. There was no floor moldings to secure the carpet, and the carpets were shredded and falling apart. The couch was unusable and without a mattress. The front desk was unaware of the difference between an emotional support animal and a service dog, thus violating several laws under the Federal ADA laws. Additionally the breakfast was minimal and I saw several food code violations, so we did not partake in the food for fear of food poisoning. The coffee was undrinkable and we had to dump it down the drain. When staff was made aware of the issues we were met with indifference, and when we asked for a usable couch or a rollaway bed we were denied the request. Our daughter had a last minute change in her rooming arrangement so she stayed with us, and was forced to sleep on the disgusting floor. We had to purchase additional blankets and protection for her from the floor. Thankfully we had brought our own pillows so it was one thing we didn’t have to purchase for her. It was a terrible experience. We will NEVER be back.

This is a very poorly run hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Toilet seat broken, tub stopper broken, furniture destroyed, paint spilled and splattered everywhere. Highly recommend NOT staying here

Save your money!
This hotel was disgusting. I actually moved to another hotel. Dirty, outdated, outdated. Towels were very old and barely white, room smelled horrible, pillows were so outdated they didnt even have pillow shape to them. Couch in room was stained. I left 20 min after checking in

Property full of weeds and cigarette butts. No clock in room. No housekeeping service. Only two large towels. Had to ask for more each day. Linens old, worn and faded. Carpet faded and patched in hallway. would never stay there again.
