We had a really good stay at the imperial hotel. The room was clean and bigger than we expected! Staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking. I was under the impression that there was a car park that all guests could park in however the car park only has around 5 spaces maybe? And you need to pre-book to park in it which wasn’t made clear at all! So I ended up paying £28 (£7 a day) for parking permits to park on the street outside the hotel. We also left a sign on our door when we went out one day to have our room serviced (which we had done before with absolutely no issues. Everything was perfect.) to find the door still open when we got back and nobody in there? So the people who came to service our room didn’t close the door, luckily none of our belongings were taken. Other than that the hotel was perfect for a few days stay in Brighton. Close to the beach, about a mile away from the pier but the bikes are a 2 minute walk away from the hotel which was very handy.
