The house itself is a classic Brightonian/Hovian Terraced House, with all the grandeur that this style entails!
There are four bedrooms, consisting of a master bedroom with kingsize bed, two secondary bedrooms with double beds, and a smaller room with a single bed.
The living area/kitchen is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can expect a full standard suite of modern appliances. There is a comfortable living area, and you will be able to make use of a flatscreen television, and an area reserved for dining.
There are two bathrooms, with one possessing a bath & shower.
Throughout the home you will find lots of interesting objects and pieces of art- please be considerate with them! There is a piano in the utility room and many of the floors throughout are wooden. The property also possesses an AGGA stove and rattan chairs, as well as many authentic and antique furniture pieces from around the world!
Finally, there is a generously proportioned garden area with seating, so you can enjoy a lovely sit outside at the end of a busy day!!
Guests can access the entire property.

The nearest train station to the property is Brighton station. From the station you can walk 15 minutes to the property or take a short taxi ride.
The nearest airport is London Gatwick. From there take the Gatwick Express/Southern/ Thameslink to Brighton Railway Station.
Dyke road offers many bus links taking you directly to most areas of the city!
