Lady at the front desk was rude, ac unit was faulty but got us a different room and Elevator was broke. The room was clean and the bed was nice.

The rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was nice and friendly.!The elevator was not working so I had to carry my luggage and 4month old up the stairs. The rooms presented to be clean, but I found a roach crawling onto the bed while my baby was laying down and parking can be limited.

True Motel Hospitality in Houston
When I checked in the evening of Aug. 20, I told them that i needed to leave the next morning at 3 am to go to the airport for a 5 am flight. They offered to have coffee for me before I left. sure enough, at 3 am, coffee was ready for me. The room was quiet, spotless and beautiful, so were the rest of the motel and grounds. These folks know the true meaning of hospitality. I will definitely stay there the next time I need to go to Houston.

It was $65 and I have 2 service dogs. They never told me about a charge that was an extra 50 if the room is damaged. I booked this 1 week ago and should have went with my first choice. So Angry

I was traveling to Texas from California. And to make a long story short the cleaning ladies took the sheets and I asked the front desk lady for sheets. She got snappy and yelled and threatened to call the cops if we did not get out of her lobby. I would never come back. I have never been treated so bad for asking for something that should be included in my stay.

I wouldn't recommend!!! I stayed here twice and the first time around I enjoyed myself but the 2nd time was such a horrible experience! This hotel allows for loud music and parties at 2am in the morning with no care for other ppl in hotel rooms! There was no hot water the day I was checking out and my bathroom was dirty; I had to clean it myself!

The hotel was clean for the most part. The towel rack is as broken in the bathroom. The beds In my opinion was not comfortable. At 11:02 they was already calling the room because we hadn’t checked out yet that was annoying. Other than that hotel was nice,ok area.

The place looks brand new could use more outlets for devices but overall it’s good stay nice and quiet everything looks new oh wait people keep messing with the remote sensor thinking its a camera lol

2 nights can’t beat price!
First day of check in front desk lady with attitude, reserved a non smoking room but all the hall of second floor smells horrible, room was clean , AC works perfect , microwave and mini fridge was working perfectly, overall nice hotel for just 2 days stay.

Not in the greatest part of town. But it was quiet, considering Bush Intercontinental Airport is nearby and it was at the intersection of 2 major highways. It served its purpose.
