The front desk hostess was very accommodating. The mattress and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Part of the room needed repairs. Someone had lined the tub with an oily substance that made the first shower very dangerous!

I stayed in a smoking room and it was so clean you couldn't even smell that anyone had smoked in there absolutely perfect I don't smoke my husband does and it was great very clean room the only thing is the doors in properly lock do you need help and there were big spaces in the door frame and the door and they don't serve breakfast vending machines were almost empty only thing wrong.

Worst experience of my life. I was in the room for 10 minutes. Roaches, dirty sheets, broken door, blood stain on the floor and more roaches. A disgusting experience. Property looked like a giant crack house.

The room was atrocious!! The linen was stained. We had to screen the beds for bugs. The furniture was dirty and smelly. This was an absolutely horrible experience. There are people living in this hotel. We thought we were getting a suite for 6 people and upon check in they told us we could not have six people in the room as listed. There were people with whole families living there. I’m appalled by all of it. NEVER AGAIN.

First off the Tv only got one channel it took forever for someone to come fix it. Second the bed sheets were dirty and the room smelled of marajuana. Next the shower had a hole in the tub and no slip mat, and I fell in the tub because it was very slippery as I was stepping into it to take a shower. The towels felt like sandpaper when drying off and there was remnants of someone’s smoke pipe left near the ironing board. As for the facility itself there were people yelling and banging around until way in the next morning. I was not able to get any sleep so I just decided that at 4:00 am I would be better off checking out and trying to catch a nap in my car. Very horrible experience for me this stay. I would not recommend this again after this experience it was awful. I give it a 0/10 if there was a lower rating this place would get it.

Cant beat it for the price
Renovated room, the bedding could use an upgrade, but the bathrooms are very nice. Very cmean room. Its not the Hilton, but also not Hilton pricea. I checked in easily. Found my room easily. On thw 1st floor, very close to parking. Lots of vending macgines in front. No problem gettimg chamge or using my card to get snacks and drinks. I felt safe in a not so great area of town. Will definitely return. Great price and my bed was comfy and warm
