A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. The apartment was perfect, really clean and just like the pictures, big beds and a really spacious place, we also had covered parking. The kitchen had everything we need to cook any type of meal, coffee machines and a really nice dining area. The outside areas of the property could be a little be better as we can tell they don't have a regular staff that takes care, it was nothing crazy but need a little love.
