Second night between 11 pm and 7 am constant doors openings and closings can be heard on the third floor where I stayed. I prefer top floor because nobody makes noise above you. For quiet. I found out that one person was doing maintinence in rooms all night ! Staff should have offered snother room for tgat time if they cared enough.

Don't expect breakfast.Slicesof bread ,cereal, fruit, and yogurt. I was at least expecting waffles, bagels, and cream cheese. Meat or eggs wouldn't hurt either. The breakfast sucks. Every thing else was nice

Not very quiet, as there is no sound insulation and other guests start hustling and bustling very early because it's largely a place to sleep when flying out of the nearby airport. (I also heard snoring through the wall.) The hallway smells like cigarettes, but the room was fairly nice. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

Room was clean and reasonably priced with shuttle service from the airport. Bare bones minimum on amenities. The TV remote didn't work and the box was behind the console making it difficult to change channels. There was one hand towel and one wash cloth for double occupancy. There was no water in the vending machine. Although the sheets were clean I found a big black stain that looked like ink. The room had a funky smell. I was required to put a deposit on the room since I reserved thru a 3rd party and instead of holding it overnight, they put it on my card and said it would take 3 business days to be credited. I sincerely hope it is refunded punctually as it was to cover damage, which we didn't do any damage. Continental breakfast was basic too.

I loved the serenity of the area and its proximity to the airport however the hotel shuttle services were very poor. you have to call the hotel to arrange a pickup and the front desk never picked up the phone. I had to get an Uber which was an unnecessary added cost.

Terrible. I am very reluctant to give poor reviews of staff and facilities. But this place deserves a negative 5 star if I could. The room they gave me was not cleaned since the previous day. The proof was not just the dirty sheets and garbage. It was the time on the Denny's take out receipt that was on the empty food containers left right on the desk. What's worse is that they did not clean the room nor did they give me a refund. I didn't even stay in that filth and immediately returned the key and asked for a refund after I saw the room and took photos. Messaged and called the manager Jose the next morning according to the front desk staff that gave me his number. Guess what? No answer, nothing. Disrespectful to say the least.

Employee at desk was new and alone. She took too much time to make the check-in. Hotel condition is dirty, in general. Room floor was sticky, hallway carpet was very dirty and in bad shape. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Only 2 towels in the room.

Check in was odd. Since I booked with a third party (Expedia) I was not able to pay for the deposit with my card, but had to pay with cash from an ATM that was conveniently located right beside check in. I did not see this anywhere on the information page of Expedia. The transaction fee for getting the money was only $3.50, but that’s still $3.50 I shouldn’t have had to pay. Either book directly through the Greentree website OR make sure to bring $60 cash for the deposit. Other than that, the staff was friendly, room was ok for price/convenience, but it was a lot louder (plane noise) than at some of my stays in other hotels in the same vicinity.

Required a $60 charge for "incidentals" at check in (not like there's a mini bar or anything) and really (really) wanted it in cash. Finally figured out how to put it on my card; it remains to be seen if it gets refunded automatically or if I'll have to file a dispute. Water pressure is not good, there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor & on the 'clean' towels, and lots of noise in the hallway throughout the night. I'll stick to name brand properties from now on. It's not worth saving the couple of bucks.

It took a while to get the room because airport provided vouchers for people who plan was delayed. Front desk last was very pleasant even though customers were rude with her. Room was clean. Beds feel awful but for expected for the price.

The check-in process proved to be quite frustrating, primarily due to the fact that there was only one staff member available to assist a significant number of guests. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had a broken fire alarm, a lack of hand soap, an inadequate supply of towels, and damaged furniture. After discovering these issues, I called the front desk from my room, and the staff member promised to relocate me within 10 minutes. However, when I went down to the front desk, they declined to change my room, citing that it was booked through Expedia, and they were unable to make any changes. In regards to the hand soap, I was provided with two packets of conditioner and just one towel. The following morning, a different staff member was on duty and promptly sent the cleaning lady to address the hand soap situation. Unfortunately, the soap provided was of minimal quantity and was not replenished. Additionally, the cleaning lady did not speak English. When I reached out to Expedia to voice my concerns, they listened to my complaint and contacted the front desk, but no resolution was achieved. Furthermore, the quality of the breakfast at this location was subpar. While I understand that it is a budget-friendly option, the breakfast offered was the worst I've ever experienced, with even the coffee being served cold. The only redeeming quality of this location is its proximity to the airport. However, the uncomfortable beds make it difficult to overlook these issues.
