The check-in process proved to be quite frustrating, primarily due to the fact that there was only one staff member available to assist a significant number of guests. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had a broken fire alarm, a lack of hand soap, an inadequate supply of towels, and damaged furniture. After discovering these issues, I called the front desk from my room, and the staff member promised to relocate me within 10 minutes. However, when I went down to the front desk, they declined to change my room, citing that it was booked through Expedia, and they were unable to make any changes. In regards to the hand soap, I was provided with two packets of conditioner and just one towel.
The following morning, a different staff member was on duty and promptly sent the cleaning lady to address the hand soap situation. Unfortunately, the soap provided was of minimal quantity and was not replenished. Additionally, the cleaning lady did not speak English. When I reached out to Expedia to voice my concerns, they listened to my complaint and contacted the front desk, but no resolution was achieved.
Furthermore, the quality of the breakfast at this location was subpar. While I understand that it is a budget-friendly option, the breakfast offered was the worst I've ever experienced, with even the coffee being served cold. The only redeeming quality of this location is its proximity to the airport. However, the uncomfortable beds make it difficult to overlook these issues.
