It was a good stay I have stayed many times before, but this time it smelled like Mariguana and the smell linger … this hotel had a zero tolerance for people getting high in there rooms I guess not anymore

The room is very dirty I had to hand scrub the entire restroom there are panties left behind in the room we're woken up to a super duper hot hotel and we stepped outside we noticed everybody was getting evacuated their paramedics outside and the hotel had an infestation

Staff Was Great Very Welcoming And Friendly. Location Was Great About Six Mins From Walmart Target And Other Stores. Room Was Pretty Clean , Love The Fridge And Microwave, Bed And Pillows Very Comfortable, Plenty Parking, Down Side Elevator Wasn't Working Wanted To Get In Pool But Water Didn't Look Cleaned Or Filtered Elevator Wasn't Working. Overall My Stay Was Good. I Would Stay Again If I Had To.. What Needs Work, I Think They Need And Can Use A Make Over Place A Bit Outdated For My Liking. Better Furniture Chair Tables Dresser Looked A Bit Worn.

No Elevator & had Total Knee Replacement and had room assigned in 2nd Floor But the guy said I did Not tell him So what could I do😩 Overall Really love staying at that Red Roof

Thank you for reviewing our property. We are in the process of getting the elevator replaced for a new one. We should have it rolling by the end of next week.

Lady in office was rude and kept picking at me when I did nothing wrong she told me even on a leash my dog couldn’t be outside but all the other dogs didn’t have a leash and they were never told to take their dogs inside and she was very unprofessional and needs to be reviewed

Thank for your review. As we are a pet friendly hotel, We have a Designated pet area for our pets, unfortunately just having your dog on a leash outside your door to do its business is not acceptable.
