In the highly desired Memorial Northwest community, this home is centrally located and close to everything! This spacious 4,560 Sq. Ft. gem has 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms (3 Full/2 half). Sitting on approximately 0.4 Acre, this house has it all. From a sparkling pool and lots of privacy, you will absolutely love it! This house is a 15 minute drive to the Woodlands, 20 minutes to the Airport, and 35 minutes to downtown Houston. It is close to major highways and close to corporate, entertainment, shopping. Please note that the pool heater is currently not operable, but the pool stays warm from the sun. TY!

Rules

2-day notice required for pool/jacuzzi heater use (fully auto.). Daily use is $50 per day. Pls keep doors & windows closed. Text for more info.

Please be courteous to neighbors! When checking out, please turn off lights, ACs, and put used towels by Washer, lock, put keys back in the lockbox.

NO EVENTS more than 20 people. All kids under 10 must be attended by adults around the pool. No Smoking. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
