Please use the deck dining area. \-Keep all doors closed when moving between indoors and the pool—Houston’s warm climate increases insect activity. \-Do NOT lock the backyard gate from the inside unless you are physically present. Our maintenance team accesses the yard regularly. \*\*\*Furniture & Interior Care\*\*\* \*Absolutely NO eating or drinking on the CB2 sofa, living room rug, or inside any bedroom. If you would like to enjoy snacks or drinks while relaxing in the living room, we can provide a sofa cover upon request. \*Any stains or damage to the uncovered sofa or rugs will incur a minimum $5,000 replacement fee. \*No smoking anywhere on the property.
