The building was built in 1950 but has been entirely renovated several times. The apartment is nicely furnished and renovated in summer 2018\. The two bedrooms are located on the side of a private driveway. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. The bathroom is tiny and able to fit 1 person or 2 while 1 is taking a shower. There is a dining and living area. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator (full size), gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster and tea maker. The apartment is located in a very quiet area apart from 3 to 4 pm from Sept to May when the closeby HS ends its sessions and traffic increases. The building was built in 1950'es and renovated several times; for this reason it does not have the noise insulation of the new buildings: you can hear sometimes the neighbors passing. Anyway additional carpets have been placed on the apartment on top to limit the noise. Pets are allowed in the apartment (we love pets as well) anyway we recommend for them to come with their own sleeping blankets.
