Please do not use white towels for makeup. Stained towels will incur a replacement fee per towel. Heavily soiled bed linens will incur a $50 replacement fee per set. \- Pets: Allowed with payment of the pet fee at booking. Evidence of unpaid pets will result in a $250 fee. \- Excessive Cleaning/Damage: If the property is left excessively dirty, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.
