Downtown Sugarland is only minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The townhouse was functional. When it was just the two of us there was more than enough room. When there was 4 of us it was a little tight because of a lack of seating. The kitchen could use more coffee mugs, bowls, skillets etc. The couch can seat 4, but not comfortably. The couch was very uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom did not have a bed. It had a blowup mattress. Perfectly fine for kids…not so much for older adults. ##### Elisabeth W.
