First I found out that the towels were on the top of a rack that is rusty, then in the shower we found a cockroach. We are never going back again to this place. Really bad stay

this property was not to Hyatt standards. The rooms are so dated would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Most of the staff were friendly however, one staff member was very rude. I did go down to reception to change rooms as the bath tube was missing chunks of enamel, we also had 3 insects crawling on the floor and bed. I would hope that expedia would provide some sort of compensation. thank you, janine

The pictures on Expedia were very misleading and I thought I was getting a level of quality that goes with the name Hyatt… the room cleanliness and staff were not bad but (1) I have never been to a place that charges you at the counter for the room being ready 1 hour earlier (2) the room shower had hole in the ceiling, and the toilet leaked water from the back and we only received 1 set of towels (3) the fitness room was grossly inadequate with white towels that must have been washed in pink dye.. no whipped to wipe down equipment but a sign that says that you should.,. A 20 barbell rack only had 8 barbells in it (4) the stackbuck coffee station was broken…. And the hot water maker in the room would work and when I told staff they said I had to come down to the lobby to get hot water and then that container was empty… instead of filling it they just got me hot water from somewhere… (5) the elevator was broken so I took forever for it to come. I was very disappointed that I took pictures.. I have never done that before but I thought if some asked they would never believe the level of disarray in a Hyatt hotel.

the staff was amazing, very polite and professional. the staff at the restaurant that oversaw the breakfast was also a delight. food was prepared well. they took steps to ensure cleanliness for forefront. the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs. paint peeling and chipping, elevator looked unclean and in need of a cosmetic redo. my bathroom was haggard and in bad shape. tub was peeling and looked moldy. bed was noisy every turn i made.

I love Hyatt hotels, never had an issue but this property was oh so different. 1. Towels. If you guys don’t have towels for quests then don’t open. My son and i was there for a football tournament and was asked to reuse our freaking towels we had the night before!! LIKE SERIOUSLY WHAT!! I wouldn’t dare use a musty $$$ towel after running and playing football!! If i paid my money to stay there at least have clean towels OR DONT OPEN UNTIL THE PROPERTY IS FULLY STOCKED! 2. Only has 1 elevator that worked, smh 3. I saw no smoking signs all over the hotel, yet the floor we stayed on smelled like a weed factory THE ENTIRE WEEKEND!! 3. We could only get one key, my sister came with us and she needed a separate key bc we had different plans BUT NO SHE COULDNT GET ONE! 4.THE POOL LOOKES AS IF IT HAD A DISEASE!! Disgusting 5.sheets were filthy, bathroom door was raggedy I really feel like i was robbed i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody i drove 7 hours to get here and bc of the room our trip was a disaster!! I would never visit again!!

I liked the location it was close to the airport (everything else was 35-50 minutes away). I liked that they served breakfast but the selection wasn't at all. I didn't like that it wasn't a microwave in the unit. I didn't like having insects. It was a baby roach in the bathroom. I told the front desk she apologized and said the night before they exterminated. I didn't like that guests on the floor I was on had their pets walking around and im terrified of animals! I didn't like that it wasn't a bar in the hotel (even with advertisements all over). Most of the employees did not speak any English!!!! Very clean large room. Great price. Wonderful breakfast with lots of variety. Healthy food. But construction around the hotel made it hard to find. 30 minutes away from everything. You need a special pass to use the interstate.

Nothing in the lobby worked, the rest of the hotel was dated and old, the landscaping was burnt and dead. The bustiness center was broken completely, Starbucks was shut down, and they could not accommodate even a paid early check-in. The breakfast was phenomenal.

The staff was amazing and helpful. However the hotel is in need of upgrades from the sheets which were very dingy and the rusting parts of the bar on which the shower curtain was. There was also some rusting near the shower head. The wifi also went down for almost an entire day, so if you're there on business or studies, I am not sure it's the best place. The staff was very kind and helpfull. They made every effort to try to help. The problem is the hotel rooms, sheets, bath towels etc. all need to be upgraded.

Evidently they are undergoing renovations was not indicated on the website had to wait hours for towels and only got them after calling three times to the front desk after being told our room is on the list and as soon as the linen truck arrives they would be right up room didn’t have a phone to communicate with the front desk otherwise ok stay!

The property was ok. The staff lady on nights was rude. The room was nice. A few flaws for example. Stains on the couch. Stains on the sheets. The mess up part about the stay the hotel had no towels or wash cloths. We have to go to Walmart in buy our own something I never had to do all my years traveling. I noticeable flaws on the walls in the room. Get what you paid for I was looking for a discounted rate in paid a price for it. Never again…
