Do not stay at this hotel on the weekend evening. We stayed there Friday night and there is a club that plays really really loud music until about three or 4 AM. I complained to the staff and they just gave me some earplugs that didn’t even work. So disappointing. Area is also sketchy.

The breakfast had such a variety to satisfy everyone. The location was a short distance to both the ball field and the concert venue we had plans for. All staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Chose to pay more for the availability of a hot tub but it was running but cold... Everything is out dated and the chair in our room had a cover over it that didn't even fit.

It was quite noisy outside. Not necessarily the hotels fault but I was at a convention and the driving to and from was insane with all the one way streets. A shuttle, even if there was a cost would have been extremely useful

It was a struggle using the key cards for the room. Had to attempt multiple times on both cards before getting in. Person at the desk reprogrammed and provided new cards. Issue did not go away.

The property was conveniently located to the Convention Center & this was a HUGE plus for us. Breakfast & staff were wonderful also. HOWEVER there is a nightclub I’m the vicinity & we heard LOUD music ALL NIGHT. The rooms have also been updated DIY style as in carpet simply laid on top of other carpet. Other than that it was a safe place to rest.

My room was on the 3rd floor. When the elevator opened I was smacked in the face with the most horrid smell. Half of the floor was closed with a plastic wall. Came to find out it was a sewage issue. I wish they would have reached out to let me know before hand so I could decide if I still wanted to stay. It was disgusting. Not nearly as nice as it was when I stayed in 2016

Great location and an adequate breakfast. The hotel is just so ‘hurt.’ Our shower leaked everywhere, the cabinets were damaged, the furniture broken, etc. The beds were great. We stayed here for the pool and headed there right at after we arrived about an hour after check-in time. The staff was treating the pool with chemicals as we entered the room. Didn’t caution us nor locked/closed the room to the chemicals even though we had small children. Not a bad place, certainly not a great place considering the price

Free Parking & Breakfast Wasn’t Worth It
The bathroom was not clean, the carpet was dingy, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling (which made the room smell bad), and the bed was springy and uncomfortable - very worn down.

Hi. We went to an event at the Toyota Center and stayed here for 2 nights. I felt I had to take the time to commend the front desk staff. Specifically Mirwais and Muskan. They were both great and went out of their way to make our stay the best that we’ve had in a long time. We’re planning on going back in March and will definitely be staying here again. I like the fact that the property was quiet despite construction was going on the 4th fl. The breakfast was delicious every day. The staff was great. The lobby and dining area and bathrooms were clean. The floors were clean. I didn't like the dresser drawers opening on there own all throughout the day. The small Tv 32-40 in. The bed I could feel the springs.

This was a terrible experience. I booked a 2 queen suite, but the staff claimed they over booked and only had a 1 bed king room with a roll away bed. Bait and switch. The manager had his poor worker tell me this while he hid in his office on the phone. The halls on the 3rd gloor reeked of sewage. The indoor pool and hot tub were disgusting green and cloudy color with a weird foam on top. On the breakfast buffet, we had to point out to the staff that there were moldy bagels. What is going on with this place. Glad we only had to stay the one night.

Run down old hotel in a run down area. We heard every step on the floor above us and the hotel had a nice 10,000 Watt light shining right into our room. The people were nice and there was a nice homeless man on the bench out front that let us know about some good restaurants nearby.

The best hotel to stay in if you are going to an event at the Toyota center. It’s nothing over the top or fancy but it beats paying for parking at a more updated hotel.

Nothing like the pictures NOTHING. The room I had was a suite and by far the terrible place to stay in, as a humid smell very very noticeable when you walk into the room and pictures of these online show many many more options that we didn’t have in our stay. We checked out of this room before midnight we couldn’t take the smell that was horrible. Reason that we couldn’t stay no longer in these conditions very unpleasant. I had to pay 20$ more for parking for my truck because they only allow 1 vehicle per guess. This is a place that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
