Pros: It is a room. Con: Shower doesn't work. Tv doesn't work. Only 3 thin flat pillows on the bed. Bed sheet had cigarette burns in it. Mini fridge is dripping water. Room is dirty. Actual trash and garbage behind the bed frame. There's a phone in the room but missing half the buttons and a cord. In short, skip this hotel.

We got straight up harassed by another person staying at this hotel. A naked woman with breast hanging out and only underwear it was insane, felt unsafe did not even stay at the hotel 30 minutes before I decided to LEAVE and book another hotel.

It was a disgusting property. They didn’t change my sheets before I arrived so my bed was dirty, the room looked like they haven’t actually cleaned it in weeks either. They clearly put minimum effort into the presentation of the rooms. The area this hotel is in looks shady and unsafe, and the workers shut down the lobby “due to Covid” but I think it’s just so they don’t have to deal with people or serve breakfast like they say on the website they do. They only interact with you through the night window. The whole experience here was terrible.

The guy at the front desk was nice but the facility overall is disgusting. The linen was dirty, tub discolored, shower curtain discolored, hair on the walls and hair bonding glue on the room towels. I strongly suggest you not stay here we were in the room all of 5 mins no disrespect to the people who have to stay there (keep your head up better days are coming) but if you can avoid this place do so

The main reception door is locked . You have to ring a bell by a small window for someone to come and check you in . On the website it says the is breakfast , please don’t believe it , they only have tea and some crazy snack. Room service doesn’t show up , room is dirty , cigarettes tips everywhere and noisy . It was a mistake taking this place . Towers were not clean . It’s my worst experience so far .

The property was affordable compared to other motels in the area and conveniently located by Hobby airport and I-45 Freeway. The motel was not properly cleaned but otherwise okay.

Does NOT look like the pictures. Extremely unsafe, the lobby is locked and closed. It was dirty, and smelt terrible. My Uber driver asked if I had already booked and told me he’d wait incase I changed my mind (hinting to go somewhere else). I left and booked somewhere else. Would not recommend.

this was an absolutely horrible experience. there was roaches and the bed smelled like urine. I booked for 3 nights but I wanted to cancel after the first night and the service here said there's nothing that they can do for me. I wasn't offered a refund. I only stayed 1 night.

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. The room was not cleaned and serviced properly. Basic complimentary items like facial tissue were missing. The most annoying part was the bathroom was locked automatically from the inside though there was no one inside the bathroom. Besides, in complementary breakfast, there were only a few cakes, bad apples, and oat mills.

Nightmares At Howard Johnson
Our stay started off alright. We checked in, lady was nice. We went into our room looked pretty good! But not for long. There was a hole in wall from the front door handle, toilet seat was broken, went to go turn on the tv & it wouldn’t turn on. Checked the wires & i guess the previous person cut the wires! We went to the front desk & the lady was helpful & got us another room. More trouble with the second room…. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like a smoke room. The floor was so uneven, like it was caving in. There was weird hair in one of the towels & hair by the toiletries they provide. We were letting all of this pass because we’re just staying for 2 nights, we just needed somewhere to sleep. As we were sleeping, around midnight there was banging FOR 2 HOURS STRAIGHT! We first thought it was our neighbors but ended up being the people on the top floor. Sounded like there was 12 children playing football & they weighed over 400 pounds. This happened both nights we stayed & even during the day when we finished exploring Houston & about to go eat out. Oh, just remembered that we had trouble locking the door bc the bottom corner of the door was messed up like someone kicked the door in ?? & there was a roach in the room because of that

More room was dirty as heck. My socks turned black after just 5 steps. The dresser and desk were falling toward the center of the room. My TV had 25 channels of infomercials and that is it. Huge gap under the front door and no one would deliver me food, because the place was such a hole.

We checked in smocking room was very stinky then hotel manager moved us to other room which had fridge was very dirty with food mold when we open the fridge the bad smell came over the room , manager said house keeper forgot clean the fridge. The breakfast is very poor too.
