Pros: Lo amplio de las habitaciones y su ubicación.
Cons: Si, los elevadores. El estacionamiento tiene costo extra.
Location: Cercano plaza Galleria y muchas tiendas.
Fue una experencia nada fuera de lo normal, las instalaciones en un rango de aceptable, ya que las instalaciones no son tan nuevas, faltaría una remodelación.

It's a good location close to The Galleria. You'd better try $10 buffet breakfast to start your busy day. But do not expect too much because of the name of Hilton.

Pros: comfortable, staff were very good.
Cons: I wasn't aware of the shuttle bus, I would have booked it to go to an appointment that was close by, as I got lost walking there.

I ordered room service, the food was very average, I would rate 5/10 for the food.

Pros: シンプルな内装。
Cons: エグゼクティブラウンジのフードが少なくなってきたかも。もう少しバラエティが多いと嬉しい。
Location: ホテルが面しているポストオークはレストランも多く、少し歩けばモールが2つ、またギャレリアも比較的近くです。

Terrible Valet Parking Parking

Cons: the valet service
The hotel is perfect, the waiters at the bar nice, but our rating is down because of the valet parking, TERRIBLE. When we arrived we asked how much notice they needed to give us our car. 10 minutes they answered. We'd a very important meeting at 9 a.m., 10 minutes driving, so we called at 8.15, first no answer, 8.17 they answered and got the message. 8.30 we were there and no car, and they did not know how long it would take. I went back to the reception, who were of no help, like trying to gain time. We got the car at 8.45. Cost of the service is high we could have saved it for such a bad service and stress

Pros: It was near where I needed to go. The pool was nice.
Cons: Wi-Fi and parking should be free.
I love getting a Mystery Hotel on Expedia. It's a chance to stay at a great hotel for a bargain price. But this time I struck out. The Houston Hilton has devised ways to negate the bargain. They want to charge $9.95 a day for a wireless connection. They charge $17 for overnight parking. The hotel store charges ridiculous prices. So I would have done better to stay at the Motel 6 after all. When I arrived the room was clean but there were two towels and two wash cloths in the bath. Really? And the ac blower was loud and ran constantly. And both mornings it took a long time for any hot water to show up. That's probably a design and usage issue, but annoying all the same. And a surprise to me--no radio. I guess if you aren't going to buy the Wi-Fi, you aren't going to be able to listen to the radio. I asked the front desk about this and a radio magically appeared in my room. I was pleased about that and appreciate someone's thoughtfulness, but the corporate strategy, borrowed apparently from the airlines, to find ways to squeeze money out of amenities that used to be part of the room price, was off-putting. I won't be back, I don't trust the Mystery Hotel deal anymore.

Staff was polite and helpful. Parking is 17/night..no discounts. Amount charged to your room but you can come and go as you please. You do not have to pay every time you leave and return. About 20 mins from all. No fridge. Aesthetically speaking ... I expected something more. Renovations needed.

Customer services was very nice what I didn't like and was very disappointed in was the room was very small and the restroom felt like I was in a closet our walk in closet was much bigger then the RR......................

Pros: Older, but updated. Friendly staff.
Cons: Continue with you fine service.
Location: Close to shopping, upscale neighborhood.
Very nice hotel, nears shoppiing and relatives. Well managed, staff very pleasant. Will stay again when in Houston.
