I always stay here when I come towards the Houston /NASA area . Staff is welcoming, properly is clean, quiet and it’s convenient to the stores for shopping and restaurants for eating.
We won’t be back. The night clerk was great, he was friendly and helpful, but not the day time clerk. There was a problem with the elevator call buttons. Breakfast is NOT included. There used to be a computer to check in and print boarding passes, but no longer. We’ve stayed there in the past (years ago) , but not anymore.
My stay was HORRIBLE! They are doing renovations on the entire 1st floor. The elevator didn't work. I had to notify the front desk everytime i needed it. I could not dleep because they were working on the 1st floor. The rooms were very muggy and had a bad smell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL- O out 10
It was almost perfect. The TV remote wouldn’t work. I checked the batteries and they were corroded inside so I got the batteries out of the alarm clock and they too were corroded. Might want to check batteries in all the rooms because I’m sure there are more like that. I got a replacement remote yesterday though, watched some TV. But when I woke up this morning the TV wouldn’t work correctly. You could hear the sound but there was no picture. Other than those things I truly enjoyed my stay and plan on coming back in the future
This location was very clean and updated. The area surrounding the hotel had great dining options. Looked for a good location on the way to Galveston for our cruise. Will definitely book again in the future.
It’s sorta hidden behind other properties. Outside was well kept easy to walk to from the parking lot. Inside was bright and finished with plenty of seating. Room was clean and fresh smelling. A/C was fairly quiet. Bed was a king and had 4 pillows. Was comfortable. Only downside was breakfast. You had to pay for it. I left early and was unable to eat. Only when I ask about breakfast, did they inform me it was not complimentary. Never offered how much it was.
Everything amazing about this property with the exception of their is about a half inch of space at the bottom of the door so you hear everything. Beds are amazing and very clean.
Hotels.com didn’t have a reservation for my room at the hotel. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I had to call customer service and they finally straightened it out. Cody at the front desk was first class. He was doing his best to help me.
We stay here every time we come down to visit family . Have always enjoyed it here. Staff are wonderful. This time we brought our 8 mo old pup and the staff especially Elizabeth were a blessing to our pup. Every time we would go out or cone in and Elizabeth was there our Shelby would go right up to her knowing she would be greeted with love.

very limited supply of toiletries. Drinking water should be provided. The reception staff werent very helpful. They asked us to come down to get extra towels if we needed. Also the breakfast was below average.
Great hotel. We got there about 3pm. The young man at the counter was super nice and helpful. He is an asset to the hotel. Great personality. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Theres lots of restaurants very close and across 45 theres the Baybrock mall. We will be satying here every time we travel ti the area.
Great property. Only negative is that Expedia offered/booked a room that was not available at the property. Hilton was great and fixed the issue like pros but Expedia needs to fix the issue on their end.
Very comfortable room. Room was a MOB room, we booked last minute, but was fine. Shower was roll in, shower and water got everywhere, but we had Evo ugh towels to clean it up. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!
Great hotel near some great restaurants and attractions. The rooms were really great. Quiet and clean nice walkin shower. Great pool. Great place to be when your going to Galveston for the day to shop, beach or a fishing excursion.

The property is going through a renovation. The front lobby has been completed. It is light and airy feeling. There are dining options, which is great if you need something quick.
The rooms have not been redone yet, but the beds are comfortable (pillows not so much). I would highly recommend and will return!

We had a great time there as usual, how ever the bath tube would not drain while showering and that is bothersome. As in our weekends there we don’t have time to wait on maintenance. I’m sure this will be fixed, but it was very disturbing at the time.

The area around the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent. Dining and shopping options were varied and you could easily find what you were looking for.
The problem I had was with the hotel itself. My room did not have working air conditioning and it was extremely hot.
It took about an hour, but the guest services assistant was finally able to leave the front desk and tried to fix my air. When that didn't work he moved me to another room. The shower in the new room leaked all over the bathroom floor though, so all my towels were used to sop up the excess water.
Trip was pleasant, stay was okay.
