Very convenient for restaurants and transportation. However there are a few cons The hotel is really old, AC running really loud it is hard to fall asleep. There is old funky smell inside the room. The bed is really old and really saggy. My back hurt after waking up However it is clean and reasonable price

Not what I would expect from a Hilton, at all… The women at the front counter are pretty friendly. However All the gentleman hate doing their jobs, no hospitality, no smiles, or the generous “the elevators are to your right! Enjoy!” I would rather work with a computer screen for check in. Toilet didn’t flush when we used the room. Had to change rooms in the middle of night to different floor. A/C goes in and out. Breakfast was alright, food needs to be refreshed more often. Buffet style, but you wait in line like you’re at the homeless shelter because you’re waiting to be given a single plastic plate. You get one plate so don’t lose it. Juice needs to have a dispenser, so not everyone’s hands touch the same lids of the carafes. Back door to hotel seemed to be propped open, unable to close. Very very dangerous for all guests in hotel. Only use this hotel for a quick place to sleep for one night only at best, not to enjoy. Will not be coming back.

The bath tub drain was not allowing the water to run out. I called yesterday, maintenance woman came, said, it was working. I called this morning the same issue. I took pictures of the water standing in the tub.

My stay and review started out being 5 stars but quickly faded. Our third day started off with the entire hotel not having any water! The front desk staff said that the city of Houston was working on the work and it would not be turned back on until 7:00pm. We got beck to the hotel at 9:00. Still no water. The staff told me that the hotel was the only building without water. I found that hard to believe. So, I called Houston's 311 to ask if they were working in the area. They said no work on any water pipes in the area. That means the problem was with Hilton Hotel not the city. I wish they would have told the truth.
