It is also centrally located (did some things in The Heights and some in the Kirby area) which was very nice! I judge a neighborhood by how many people are walking dogs and pushing strollers….as that means it’s fairly safe - there were lots of people walking Around. They were mostly easy to communicate with but you had to do it through VRBO which was a little more trouble then If I had a cell phone - but understand.
