Good place to relax at the end of the day!

Pros: The staff! Very helpful and accommodating!
Cons: Zero!
Location: Galleria very close by. Lots of good restaurants and things to keep you busy if you have the time!
Was on business and my days were hectic. Glad to know that at the end of the day, I had a great place to relax and wind down. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean! Great amenities also!

Cons: Corridor carpets needed vacuuming. Bath tub had been painted; paint chipping off. Crappy furnishings

There's a lot of Highway noise. Our shower had no water pressure. However, everyone was nice and helpful. Room was overall clean and comfortable. For $67 it was a great deal.

Not 3 star quality for a Sheraton

The lobby was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The king room was decorated well with more contemporary style furniture and appeared to be very nice on quick inspection, however, that was short lived. The bedding was beautiful and comfortable but the bed itself was hard as a rock and you could feel the springs, the tub had a very large yellow stain in it. I assume it was from the water that wouldn't shut off. The toilet paper holder wouldn't hold the roll. A simple tightening or replacing the screw would have fixed it and caulk in the tub was separating in parts. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room but it wasn't advertised as such. I travel a lot and most modern hotels now have both so I didn't even think to inquire about it. The view was ok but the windows had another plastic window installed on the inside but wasn't installed very well as screws were visibly overtightened causing them to damage the frame. Parking was $10 a night but I thought it was free parking. People were not told that they had to get their parking tickets validated before exiting the lot so there were several traffic jams because the gate arm wouldn't raise without the validated ticket. Once we came back there was no parking at all available. The front desk told us to park in the employee lot where we were quickly blocked in by several other cars doing the same. It is apparent that the maintenance is not kept up as most of my observations could have been fixed very simply.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful to each person who came in. The rooms were spacious with nice beds. The wood floors were on the worn side and the hallway was dated with very low ceilings. The location is great with easy access to the freeway.
