we checked in late, and when I turned down the white duvet, it was smeared with black stuff and brown liquid stains. It was after midnight so I just took pictures of it and took it off the bed. the next morning I showed the pictures to the front desk staff and asked them to please have housekeeping replace the duvet when they made the bed. when I returned late that night, again, when I turned down the covers.. the duvet was stained with what looked like dried blood. I took the cover downstairs to the front desk and asked the desk if they would like to sleep on it. they said no, so I left it with them. the next day it was never replaced, they just made the bed with sheets. the same person was there when I checked out the last day I told her they never replaced the duvet, she told me the manager of housekeeping was supposed to contact me but they never did.
