For the price it is very well worth it.

Pros: The price and convenient access.
We kinda got this hotel at the last minute. It was very well worth it. Easy convineance from the freeway. I would definitely recommend it to anybody traveling to the Hounston area.

Exterior Pics Deceiving

Pros: Staff was fun and friendly
Cons: Low ceilings. Old Doors. Everything is dated.
Paid $300 for this hotel during NCAA championship -- Staff was very friendly and loved the NCAA theme in the lobby Hotel is dated and disappointing. In that price point i expected more. No alchohol at NCAA but we were told bar would be open when we got back. Bar was closed when we got back and there were a lot of angry people expecting to be served. Very disappointing

Nice Hotel

Pros: Location...short drive to great restaurants. Good hotel for business travel.
I travel for business and this hotel has everything that I need....room service, a bar, a business center and a fitness center. It is expensive for what you get (no robes), but all of the hotels in this area are expensive (except for the motel type). The traffic noise is loud, but you can drown it out with the air conditioner or bring ear plugs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep your room key with you because you have to have it to get out of the parking lot. I left my key in my room when I checked out and had to get out of my car and borrow the guy's key in the car behind me. This was a bigger problem because it was raining! Not a big deal, but I wish that I had known.

Lots of road noise

First, when I checked in, I was told "Expedia can't guarantee a room type." I had paid extra for two beds but ended up with King. I'll also take that up with Expedia. The room was on the third floor closest to Southwest Freeway. Lots of road noise. Parking was $10 additional, but the exit gate was broken and everyday we had to ask front desk to let us out because it wouldn't open.

Pros: it was close to were I needed to be in houston
Cons: they can was the bedding more often.
Location: it's close to the galleria
we checked in late, and when I turned down the white duvet, it was smeared with black stuff and brown liquid stains. It was after midnight so I just took pictures of it and took it off the bed. the next morning I showed the pictures to the front desk staff and asked them to please have housekeeping replace the duvet when they made the bed. when I returned late that night, again, when I turned down the covers.. the duvet was stained with what looked like dried blood. I took the cover downstairs to the front desk and asked the desk if they would like to sleep on it. they said no, so I left it with them. the next day it was never replaced, they just made the bed with sheets. the same person was there when I checked out the last day I told her they never replaced the duvet, she told me the manager of housekeeping was supposed to contact me but they never did.

We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it. Great location. The only thing I didn't agree with was a $10 per night parking fee and zero options for free breakfast. This place was not That Fancy!

The only thing needing improvement was the bathroom. It had dirty tiling and chipping on the tub floor.
