The property was very clean and nice but, the desk attendant on duty when I checked in was not friendly at all. I had just driven 19 hours from Ohio, and he was so Unconcerned. It was a Pet friendly location so that was very helpful. Customer service sucks though, and they need additional training in that area.

They did not provide the breakfast. We had to ask for the breakfast and then one of the staff lady who is very old came and asked us to wait outside. She said hotel has “grab n go “ breakfast (although nothing was mentioned in the site). We really felt like beggar.

The room was clean and I saw trash everywhere and dirty towels and the bed was not clean. The room was so dirty that I slept on the couch instead of the bed. The hotel didn’t clean up after the prior guest that stayed in that room before me so that’s why I’m giving a bad review.

The tvs didn’t work, floors felt wet from the air conditioner and the breakfast food that was given in brown bags were a week over expired. The washer and dryers took money and didn’t work. We couldn’t even get a printout if our receipts because they said the printer didn’t work. No one spoke English when help was needed but when they were just out and about they spoke English very well. Horrible experience…

The worst experience we've ever had in a hotel!
The receptionist has a very poor manners and communication skills. He behaved as if he was giving us the room for free. We all felt so humiliated.

The hotel was okay. The area the hotel is in not so much. Seemed like everything was out of order. No hot breakfast - it was pre packaged. I think alot of ppl live there permanently. Probably won't stay there again.

The hotels elevators are almost never working and then they are extremely slow. The rooms smell like a urinal and the service is extremely slow. Got to check in and only one person working and it took almost 15 mins before it out turn to check in. Then it took another 10 minutes for the employee to get us a room meanwhile there was a line of 5 people behind us. I stepped on the carpet of my room and then when I stepped into the bathtub, my footprint was black like I had walked barefoot outside.
