The hotel sells services that it does not have. There is no breakfast included, an old coffee maker to use you must buy the water because not even the detail of a bottle to make the coffee, swimming pool in maintenance, the rooms are terrible, furniture old and all deteriorated. Old mattresses without comfort, bathroom with terrible facilities, taking a shower is a punishment, the water does not rise due to deterioration of the facilities, sheets with burn holes and the bad smell of the room as soon as you enter is the worst. It smells dirty. They should not market this hotel in those conditions. And even less at these prices, I honestly feel scammed. How can you sell services that are not real. The reviews you have cannot be real. These opinions are based on the room they assigned me upon arrival. Please let the management know about the Suite concept.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the late check-in option, and the Wi-Fi. I didn't like that there was a cigarette burn on one of the hand towels, or that snacks could only be paid for in cash (it's 2023, folks, and everybody takes cards).

We booked a non-smoking room. When we got to our room, it was clearly not a non-smoking. There was an ashtray on the table and smell pretty bad of smoke. We asked for another room. And it didn't have an ashtray but still smelled of smoke. The rooms wasn't horrible. It did have two beds and a couch that seemed to be cleaned. Not that this is the hotel's fault, but the bar next door had a very noisy crowd until around 3:30 am. They were revving their engines and playing extremely loud music all night. It was loud enough that there was no way to get any sleep.

This hotel is older but kept very clean and everything worked and was complete. There was a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, fridge, etc. -- all in working order. It's close to a major road and I could hear lots of traffic from my room. The ownership was friendly and the rates were excellent. The grounds were well lit.

We had to change rooms the Next day because the mattress sank when you set on it. It was worn. The other room we got had dirty walls and you could see where someone played Tick tack doe on the inside bathroom door. Someone had attempted to clean it but was unsuccessful. It was noisy at night. A real Dump.

Number one I don’t like our service because y’all take people money off it may not even here and you don’t just let them check in and then remove the money you take it right off the car right Danielle you need to let people make a decision if they wanna use that hotel or stay there yeah I need to refund my money back to my card because that’s called stealing because Utah mountain no policy reads refundable policy if you have a stay there they tell me to give me money if they cannot stand people work too hard for money so at the end of the day that’s called stealing an experience you need to do better in your customer service

There was a guy working on a car in the parking lot until around 3am. Slamming tools on the ground. There was a group running around outside all night yelling. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep. Woke up with bites all over my back. Had bed bugs

The room we were assigned initially clearly had been used. The bed was unmade, and it was easy to see the shower had just been used. It was 5:00 in the morning, so I guess everyone makes mistakes. After waiting 10 minutes for the proprietor to come back to the window, are you sure it's the right room, he said. (You mean the keycard works for more than one room?!!) No apology. Then he accompanied us to the second room, opened the door, then left. Luckily one of us was inside when we discovered the keycard didn't work. After a long trip with two different flat-tire events in the middle of the night, we were too tired to complain. We decided not to extend the stay by two more days; we just went elsewhere.

Afro rudeness neighbor.
The motel was nice clean comfortable but the neighbors were terrible the neighborhood hood loud the people next door would hit the wall in the middle of the night and the neighbor's bed was on the opposite side of the wall as my bed so I could hear everything they said.
