Nice Hotel, but Short on Staff
There was one person at the front desk to do everything. This caused long waits. We called for extra blankets and it took a long time to get them. Then we discovered some in the closet. We don't understand why, when we called, we weren't told they were in the closet. My husband was at the front desk. He mentioned he was going over to the bistro. He waited several minutes at the bistro. No one came. He went back to the front desk for assistance and then was told the bistro was closed. Why wasn't he told this in the first place. They tried to charge us for snacks at a higher price than those listed on the price sheet.
