Good Hotel, excellent people and price is ok. Location is perfect to visit downtown and Trade Center.

OK hotel, but not a real Courtyard

- Courtyard was a giant grey pit in the center. No view of city whatsoever. Very disappointing and claustrophobic. - Thermostats are wrong and locked at 65. Even when temperature is 65, it is 72 at best and you can tell that they are not accurate. - Paying for parking and breakfast at over 100$ a night? Even a Super 8 has microwave waffles.

Nice hotel close to sports stadiums

Location: Sports stadiums and restaurants were in easy walking distance.
Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. I would caution people about the parking. There is valet parking on site for $30 a day. If you are there on a weekend you can save some money by parking elsewhere. We used the valet for some or our stay but we were charged as if we used it every day. Check your receipt when you check out. On the days we did not valet, we parked in one of the many empty parking garages near the hotel. The weekend charge at the garage where we parked was $10 day which is a much better deal unless you are planning to use your car as you will be charged every time you go in and out of those garages. At the hotel it is a flat rate and you can come and go without additional charges.

Nice Hotel, but Short on Staff

There was one person at the front desk to do everything. This caused long waits. We called for extra blankets and it took a long time to get them. Then we discovered some in the closet. We don't understand why, when we called, we weren't told they were in the closet. My husband was at the front desk. He mentioned he was going over to the bistro. He waited several minutes at the bistro. No one came. He went back to the front desk for assistance and then was told the bistro was closed. Why wasn't he told this in the first place. They tried to charge us for snacks at a higher price than those listed on the price sheet.

Great downtown location

Starbucks with extra menu and kitchen in lobby. Valet parking. Very comfortable rooms.

Okay for a night

Disappointed that earliest check-in time was 3pm. We arrived a bit early and asked if we could check in before 3. Were told all the rooms were occupied. Of course I find this hard to believe. Also disappointed in no complimentary breakfast not served. Will not book with this hotel again. Can find much better for same price.

Cons: When I booked the reservation, it was not clear that the hotel was under remodeling. I had to walk nearly a block from the entrance to check-in.
When I booked, it was not clear the hotel was going through a remodel. When I arrived, I had to walk about a block carrying my bags to the check-in desk. This was extremely inconvenient.

Nice in downtown

Finding a taxi was fairly difficult as well as the fact the staff weren't very helpful in finding one for us.
