Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, and parking are free during your stay. You can park on the street. Note: It is a one-sided street parking. There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door for security. There are no cameras in the unit. There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. This is a pet-friendly property; 2 pets max, up to 50 lbs per pet, and a pet fee of $50. We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 18 years or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. \- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. The shower curtain was missing hooks and was half way hanging down. Looked like mold on inside of bedroom door to outside. We left after the first might. We were supposed to be there for 4 days.
