I genuinely mean it when I say this was the ugliest and most unsafe hotel I've ever stayed at. I was struggling to find a piece of hotel equipment that want damaged. I'll only speak on my hotel room but the whole hotel is trashy... There are holes in walls, the shower head didn't work at all, the blow dryer catches on fire, they give you essentially a bed sheet to cover up with, I mean the list goes on. The staff did what they needed to I guess, but as far as safe and clean, this hotel isn't that. People outside asking if we sell powder?! Yeah this place and it.

This was a nightmare roaches dirty sheets and towels. I wanted a refund cause I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. Lease don’t waste your time and money. YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT HERE I THOUGHT I WAS IN A NIGHTMARE. I

The bed had a lump in it. There was a big hole in the floor, the fan makes a loud cracking noise when you turn on the light in the bathroom. There was no carpet on the floor and the blankets had holes. The place needs an update.

I don't recommend if budget is not an issue, this area had many many roaches, my door was missing a lock and siding, tub was dirty, and there was a fighting in the hallway at 7 am that was not managed until after 8. Front attendants were unprofessional.

This particular hotel wasn't an upgraded kind but the area that it was located has a variety of restaurants, which is convenient. I wish that they had a more friendly staff that truly care about their customers and not look like they wanna be there to serve. No continental breakfast at this location

The front desk staff accused me of having 3 people in my room. He said he saw it on the camera. I offered for him to come and look. He wouldn't, threatened me with if I find out!

We had many problems with the room itself. We ran out of toilet paper the same night, refrigerator didn’t work, room was hot when we arrived, and the tv didn’t turn on until we unplugged it first.

Horrible place
The beds were hard as bricks, the toilet wasnt even secured to the bathroom floor and countless bugs crawling everywhere. Overall, I'd say it was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room smelt musty. The floors were not swept or mopped,, dirtin the corners. Smoke alarm hanging,, NO pool or hot tub. NO breakfast as advertised.. rang the bell 4 times then happened to look further down the desk and clerk was on her phone. NOT HAPPY WITH MY STAY. !!

Where do I start???? Let’s start at the basics of it not being as advertised. There was no breakfast and no coffee in the hotel AT ALL. The room didn’t even have a lamp. The phone didn’t work…in fact it was missing buttons. The smell of pot in the hallway would give anyone a contact high. We called 911 at around 2am because people were fighting on our floor and were actually threatening to shoot each other in the face. It took the police an hour to show up and the 911 dispatcher said we were the second call. We couldn’t call the front desk from our room obviously and we tried to call with our cell phone and it would ring twice and then nothing. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and I travel considerably.

They are renovating the property. It has come along way since 2014, but their not quite there yet. There was actuall water in the pool and hot. You could tell that it was stagnant. There are still not serving breakfast as well!
