At your discretion, but please communicate requests over message. Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not allowed inside the property, or within 20 feet of the property. A $250 applies for all occurrences. Please utilize the dedicated smoking area behind the shed in the backyard. Do you allow pets? No, no exceptions. There is a $325 fee for all occurrences. Sorry! Early check-in/late check-out? Please reach out to us the night before your arrival as our cleaner, Marie, is not scheduled until then. At that time, we can let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in. It's possible an additional fee will apply to accommodate the cleaner's change in schedule. The same goes with late check-out —inquire the day before you are scheduled to depart. Do you provide essentials? Yes!
