"Review What a wonderful hotel!! If you want to experience the spirit of Vienna, this is the hotel to be at. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and beautiful. The fact that the rooms have AC is a huge win in the hot summer. The hotel is on a quiet street but thirty steps away from the main pedestrian area. The staff is charming and wonderfully helpful. Even when a fellow guest threw a fit during breakfast that they didn’t have the correct fruit nor yogurt for his muesli, they maintained their professional demeanor (despite his rantings) and made sure to have what he demanded available the next day. They also apologized to us for any discomfort we may have experienced (of which we did not), which was incredibly kind of them to do so. I will absolutely be returning."
