I was only there for one night as a vendor for an event about 15 minutes away. I was even more impressed at how comfortable, clean, and quiet the hotel was. I could hear another guests tv as I approached my room but it was drowned out once I entered my room. Very well insulated and spacious as well. Breakfast was also included which was a plus.

Convenient coffee shop and interstates. Quiet area. The cleanliness could have been a bit better. Three lamps didn't work and the coffee table was broken.

Everything was clean the smell was good except when We came in after going to a Christmas party. and we pulled back the sheets there was dried blood on the fitted sheet . It was a long streak in the middle .

Like the place but.....
Call and make your res directly they will no longer credit you if you use Hotels.com and cut you stay. They will charge you for the days even though you wont be staying cost me just under 400.00. ATTN CIS pts. tell them and get a reduced rate.

Well, I’ll start by saying I saw a mouse in our room. I’m general the hotel was kind of run down. The toilet did not flush well and the water pressure wasn’t great. The elevator broke while we were there and the staff were not very concerned or apologetic about it. The breakfast was fair and typical of these type of hotels. In general it was a fair experience except I SAW A MOUSE IN OUR ROOM.

Not too bad. The mattress is really comfortable. Breakfast is not the best I only had a bagel because I’m picky. Bathroom is pretty you just have to call for extra towels and toilet paper. Very nice staff members.

The property showed some pride of ownership, but not to a high degree. The room and hotel were clean, but somewhat worn down. The breakfast was as expected, but the fitness room was not as advertised! If a fitness room is on your priority list, you might want to look at other properties. Overall it was ok. The best part about this place was the front desk staff, and the hotel’s location.

After recent bad experiences with one Best Western in Florida City Fl, and another with a Quality Inn in Mobile Al, this stY felt like heaven! I we had had more thin pillows and a cotton blanket to use instead of the very warm comforter.

The room mini fridge didn't work until the last day. We called the front desk and told them about it. She said no one was there to fix it that night and she will have someone come the next day but no one ever came. The room was no very clean and there was mold in the bathroom. The couch was dirty and we did won't to sit on it.
