It can sleep up to 6 people comfortably, it has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and two full size futons and a twin bed in other rooms. There is a fully stocked eat in kitchen, a secure area to store ski or snowmobile equipment. The cabin is centrally located between Houghton 12 miles south and Copper Harbor 45 minutes north, and is at the edge of town quiet and close to shopping and other outdoor or indoor activates. Mt Ripley is 12 miles south and Mt Bohemia is 18 miles North. The host was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The host gave me some freshly picked berries that were delicious. The cabin worked perfect for us; it could easily occupy a couple of families. We enjoyed the trail nearby for a nice walk in the woods right across from the property. Its very convenient if you plan on riding the local trails. It is more of a guest house, but Threse and Mike were so kind and welcoming. We appreciated the time to chat with them to learn the history of the homes and see their beautiful garden.
