Actually, Pretty Good
I think a lot of people will be put off by other negative reviews - my wife booked this and when I saw the other reviews I was not looking forward to my stay! But it was actually very good - we had a very cheap 'Executive' suite (r30) which was very large with a nice view (the trees need cutting though) - the bathroom was huge, bed was very comfy. The whole hotel could do with an overhaul though as it is rather tired. With regards to our room - the balcony, whilst extensive, is not suitable for young children as some of the barrier cladding is missing. Also, the fan in the bathroom does not work.
Some other reviewers say that there is a problem with the hot water - I don't think this is the case. Because this is such a large hotel you have to wait for the hot water to reach you - took about a minute or two before it arrived for us but was piping hot thereafter.
I am guessing, based on other reviews, that there may be a major discrepancy in quality between the Exec suites and the standard rooms - I don't know that for a fact but I found our room very good value (cheap as chips) and would stay in it again.
