The hotel is a bit out of the action. There is a grocery store a few minutes away, and next to it a very good, but small laundromat. The hotel description mentions "Laundry Facilities", which it does not have. It has a "Laundry Service" where you give them your clothes and they wash them for a fee. There are two nearby buses that can take you downtown (lines 4 and 21).

The front desk staff was very helpful to give us advice and the location was convenient but the parking entrance was too steep and too difficult to get into parking.

Room key cards had to be renewed several times. Parking was ok. but the spaces are so tight! pool was great, shame the bar didn't open on the terrace earlier. But food was delicious in the restaurant - very tasty.

We loved this hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The concierge got us a cab and spoke to the cabbie to get us to the Flamenco show. Had a drink in the bar resturant and they found the rugby World Cup game for me. Breakfast was good parking was pretty tight. The hotel was great overall.

Great hotel, not too far from town
Stayed for one night however it was very good of what we experienced. Check in was easy, staff all spoke good English for the travellers. Standard room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Perhaps a little dated compared to modern hotels but has a more executive feel to the decor. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location wise, some may be put off by the distance from the city. Don’t be. Two bus stops within a minutes walk, regular buses into town, only €1.40 a ticket, and takes barely 10 mins to the centre. Ubers are again cheap and range between €6-8. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a really good location- walkable into central Granada or a few stops on the local bus for €1.40. Rooms are compact but very comfortable with great beds. Staff all very friendly and helpful especially Rafael in the bar ! They didn’t mention our VIP status on check in, so we didn’t eat in the restaurant although it looked good! Also the pool was still closed even though it was 26c outside- disappointing.

An excellent find
I really couldn't find much fault with this hotel. Location was fine for us but some might find the mile or so walk into the old town not ideal. Food was very good and for a hotel well priced. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Very much worth considering for a short stay in Granada.

Very adequate hotel at a great price !
Everything went well (except my Gold status was not really taken into consideration). The room was as could be expected. The hotel is in good condition and well situated (easy to access and in proximity to most things of interest). Breakfast was very good with a great array of options. The only downside (probably due to the fact that I visited during the off-season and there were few occupants) was that hot items were hard to keep fresh and hot. The waiter in charge was very helpful (as were the other members of the staff).

Lovely hotel with good spacious room. Well located 15 minute walk to the centre. Car was parked and luggage put in room by bell boy. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extra but suitable and reasonably priced.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
For a 4 star hotel it was more like a 2.5 star in America. The bed was comfortable. The room was okay. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have hoped and because the toilet was loose it felt like it was going to fall off the wall every time you sat down. There was no coffee maker, the fridge was fine but packed with over priced goods to be a mini bar so you couldn’t use it. The breakfast was 11 euros and not able to be billed to your room. It is nothing more than a continental American breakfast that is all put on the same plate day after day. We had moldy cheese the first day. We told the staff and we didn’t even get an apology. The staff throughout the hotel was very cold.

Beautiful, Upscale Hote.
Although not in the historical area, this is an amazingly nice hotel for the price. Very upscale and enjoyable. A cab to the Alhambra was not too expensive.

Rooms were fine. Reception staff very helpful when we asked them something. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, or use their facilities except the pool area on the last day. About 20 mins to walk to the centre, but good bus connections too.
