We had a nice stay at Excellence El Carmen. The rooms are huge and the amenities are nice. We do wish the beach had a better system for getting a chair. Other than that, it was great!

Our stay at Excellence El Carmen was incredible. Outstanding service, food, beaches, and pools. Our two-story room was fantastic. Cocktails and drinks were made to perfection. Being apart of the Excellence Club is a must. We got to experience the Spa’s hydrotherapy and enjoy a couple’s massage. Our favourite experience was the romantic dinner on the beach. Already looking forward for our return.

Our stay at El Carmen was unforgettable! Even though the room had a few issues, the rest of our experience there far surpassed our expectations! We would love to come back to El Carmen in the future!
