We am so sorry for your loss. If you look in line it already shows 25 per day per pet policy. Problem was not that. I was in back room and I heard everything. When desk clerk told you about pet policy you said pet friendly hotel so I am not paying pet fee. After that you said I will pay pet fee but I will tell my dog to chew your carpet and that’s when he said I can’t rent you room. You can leave and go somewhere else. You had bed day I can understand people have bad days.

We are so sorry that you did not like soft pillows. We have pillows that days in required. I will check in it.

We are very sorry for your experience. There were 2 rooms with same guest name so clerk got confused. We still made sure you had your room we had to give you 3 beds instead of 2 beds. That was also non smoking room. We will check that out. Once again we are very sorry for confusion we did not loose your reservation.
