Very pleasant and convenient. My rented apartment offered a huge space of 3 beds 2 baths, very neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Apartotel and visiting the attractions near San Jose.

I was ok, it was clean but everything little thing that we want to use it was a charge. Also needs to be updated a little bit. Sofas in the room are a little rusty and make a lot noise when we open the bed. I will not coming back here again

Been to site several times. Would recommend having a rental car as Mall is too far to walk to and a Taxi driver from the Intercontinental hotel will literally charge 4 times what the Aparthotel derivied taxi charges. Rainforest, Beach options are far away, own car or at least Tourist shuttle. Booked cheapest suite, was the smallest apartment I have had to date. They finally fixed the second lower level pool. It was too cold for people to swim into though. low 60S Farenheit. They need a pool warmer as overnight the area can get unto the 50's F. Area to East is actually little risque even though overall neighnborhood is exclusive Escazu. Area to West of Aparthotel by US Embassy more exclusive. Prices are higher though for Fast Food, better restuarants, and even a grocery store than in most of the United States An example was an Argentina Restuarnt about 3/4 of a mile away-$60 for a 8 ounce steak some veggies and a Coke. Higher than North America.I would only recommend the site as a stayover to the Rainforest or Volcano, beaches ect.

Once inside the guarded entrance gate the property was pretty and pools were lovely. But it’s on a very busy road - and didn’t feel safe at night. Also sound of traffic kept us up all night - then the included breakfast ran out of food and seating for a good while. Would not recommend.

This was a great find. Good quality apartment with extras like 2 pools, hot tub, gym, playground and wonderful free breakfast, all of which we greatly enjoyed.

This is one of the best places I ve stayed at here in Costa Rica. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There are two pools and one of them is heated, which was so nice! The room are spacious and very clean. The location is great walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

I have stayed there a few times and it’s always been good. Staff are pleasant security is pleasant no hassle. They upgraded my room to a big suite for the same price. Wonderful place to stay and safe would recommend anybody visiting Costa Rica to stay there.

Great place. Nice heated pool. Great jacuzzi. All staff outstanding. Great free breakfast and transportation is free if stay is 4 days or longer. I would definitely stay again.
