Our butler,Jessica made all our reservations so we did not have to wait in line. Property was clean. Service was great. Favorites were: swim up room, butler, hibachi and oriental restaurants, roof top bar and adult only pool area with cabanas.

The taco bar with Tina and her staff was amazing. Tina is friendly and remembers everything about you. When she sees you walk in she immediately gets your food and drinks ready. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Señor Abby remembers everyone’s name and talks with you every time he sees you.

I loved the rooftop bar, the Italian restaurant and the rooms. All rooms have ocean view! Dining at other restaurants like the buffet and the seafood restaurant needs improvement. My parents stayed at the main building and they complained how noisy and outdated are the facilities are on that side. The newer buildings are open a quiet.

I loved this property. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I had a butler. Her name was Jessica and she made sure our stay was a “WOW’” experience. Anything we needed she made sure we had it. The view was amazing from the room since it was ocean front. The room and the property was extremely clean. We loved the adults only pool with the swim up bar. I would stay at this property again.

The resort is beautiful, great pools and beach front. Lots of entertainment and amenities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Beware the sales concierges. You will be assigned a “concierge” that doesn’t check you in or book your dinners but simply attempting to sell you on more things and ultimately timeshares.

They need more restaurants. And the a/c wasn’t working properly. I believe that had it on during the day but at night they would turn it off. We woke up sweating everyday

Park Royal is a great place, we stayed in Royal Towers, second year in a row. The specialty restaurants are great, staff is wonderful, it’s amazing how they remember your name. Definitely will be going back next year

We just got back from Grand Park Royal. Here is a list of positive and negative feedback Positive 1.service is top notched. We had Jessica as our butler. She is very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. 2.Teresa was our waitress, she is super friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed. 3. We stayed at the Villa, holy smokes the view is spectacular. 4. Food was very good (buffet and habachi table) 5. Again every single staff there are super friendly 6. Equinox lounge bar - bartendar is extremely frienldy whom has been with the company 28 years. This is where you need to go to inwind and relax. Ok so the negatives 1. Pushy concierge the minute you arrive they try to sell you their membership 2. Random people who sells stuff on the beach are able to cut through to the Villas 3. Beds definetly needs updating (very squeeky beds) 4. Shower had not pressure or hot water Overall we would definitely come back!!

The resort is beautiful and the staff was helpful and hardworking. Limited chairs around the family pool, I watched people take and fight over pool chairs everyday. The beach is beautiful but only 24 beach chairs? I walked the beach and every other resort has tons of beach chairs lined up on the beach. Why they don't add chairs to the family pool and beach area is beyond me. The food isn't good. I've stayed at many all inclusive resorts and the food is never all that great but here, its realy lacking in options and quality / taste. The drinks are weak, don't expect to get even a buzz from the drinks. The lobby bar had the best drinks by far, so if you feel like making the extra walk for a drink, I suggest walking there.

We stayed for a week and loved our time there. Our room was great and the view was amazing. We see many reviews talking about the food. The food was good and the a la carte restaurants are a must. We had Jessica as our butler and she was amazing. We were there for our Anniversary and she decorated our room. It was a nice touch. She really went above and beyond. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff are friendly and kind. Nice beach. Property is clean. The pool is alway full. The food is not good, my favorite restaurant is the buffet one. In the first day, they asked us to join the presentation about their 41 year anniversary and when we asked them what is it about they just mentioned to introduce about hotel system and give us some discount for tour package if we join the presentation. However, behind the scenes they tried to sell $45k travel package. It took us about 3 hours for presentation and it is kind of waist of our travel time because we only stay in Cancun only for 3 days.

We come to Cancun multiple times a year and have probably stayed here about 10 times over the past few years and we just love it. The staff is always super nice and the hotel itself is always clean. I will forever recommend this place. The beach here is clean and nice. It’s also within walking distance to their shopping area (about a mile).

It was our first time in Cancun and the experience was excellent! We loved everything about this hotel: the staff was very friendly, the food in the buffet was delicious and fresh! We really liked the food options, there are also some great restaurants in the hotel! People really care about their job, we were approached by multiple hotel employees just to make sure that our stay is comfortable and enjoyable! The manager Elena is very nice and the buffet manager also is great! The beach was easy to approach and the beach lifeguards were doing their job! It also worth mentioning the souvenir shops in the hotel - we bought almost all our souvenirs from there - decent quality, good variety, nice owners and fair prices (prices and quality are much better than when we bought some souvenirs in Chichen Itza). There are also ATMs in the hotel to withdraw pesos. But they also accept credit cards and US dollars in the hotel.

I loved that all the staff were very friendly! Everyone seemed very happy to help and the 24 hour room service was great. Property was always well maintained and the beach was beautiful. The location is perfect if you want to check out party center just a 15 minute walk away. Overall an excellent experience, would definitely come back with family as it does seem to be a more family friendly resort!

I was very much looking forward to staying there but some the hotel staff were extremely rude. I had a friend that wanted to go up to the room to barrow an outfit from me and they kicked her out and threatened to call the police on us. Also the room did not have a/c I expected so much more with the high ratings the hotel had. Never will be staying here again. Over all the cleanliness was good but that’s about it.

We had to wait at the airport for hour and a half in the sun for our ride to the hotel, get to the hotel, they said our room was ocean view, but palm trees was in the way we could barely see the ocean and their food was nasty and we had to make reservations to food places in order to eat you guys can do a little better than what we had and for the price that we paid

We were really happy with our stay here. The food was amazing and there was a lot of variety. The beach and the water were ready good, staff were friendly and helpful. I got food poisoning on the last day but other than that it was a great time

Tiene buena vista, las instalaciones son bonitas y la gente que trabaja ahí es muy atenta. Muy limpio todo pero no me gustó la comida, en sabor ni en presentación. Tampoco las bebidas pues usan de licores desconocidos y solo tienen a la vista las botellas reconocidas pero no te dan de ese alcohol, te dan de botellas corrientes. Tampoco hay espectáculos llamativos ni entretenidos. Y hay pocas camas de playa. Tampoco me gusta que siempre quiten el tiempo ofreciendo sus membresías. Para ser un luxury resort honestamente me dejo mucho que desear. El Barceló Ixtapa lo supera por mucho y eso que es Ixtapa!! Cancún debería ser top.

The worse resort I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was rude and extremely dismissive when asking questions. We never received a tour of the resort so we were unaware of the restaurants or anything. The staff was treated the colored completely different. We only experienced a couple friendly staff members
