During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. "we had a great stay at lake side nikko! the lady at the front was incredibly sweet and accommodating :) the room was spacious and came with all necessities. if you have heavy luggage be ready for a workout since there are no elevators. otherwise great service and comfortable stay! 10/10"
