Located in a gated resort community but feels like you are secluded in the woods. PLEASE book listing for total of all guests so that the appropriate amount of supplies will be avail for your entire party. PLEASE do not book this property if you have MORE than 14 in your party. We thought of everything you will need to make your stay carefree. Pots, Pan, Linen, Firewood etc. everything you should need for an enjoyable stay. Large STEP DOWN livingroom. My foot is broken in 2 places and my shin bone is broken below my knee. All of the blinds were closed and curtains pulled closed. One dim lamp was left on. We came in from the bright sun into a basically dark house with a sunken living room. The floors completely blended in with the sunken part. There was no advanced notice in the description of the property or with all of the posted notes.Why was there not a warning sign on the front door? My son fell also but thankfully was not injured. I was put in a leg brace and foot boot and I have been walking with a walker since June 22,2025\. Maybe someone needs to reevaluate the procedures for checking out( all lights off and blinds and curtains closed). Also how hard is it to post a sign with a warning? ##### Linda S.
