"The hotel is located right in front of the port, where you can leave the car (hotel guests pay 10€ per day at the moment) and enjoy Volos on foot. All the small details in the room made it perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The space was small, but absolutely enough for a city trip. The amenities were super cute and there was a variety of tea in the room. The breakfast was very delicious. I am not sure if there were any or many vegan options, luckily that wasn't an issue for me."

"Property was overall clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly, quick, and easy to locate room. Breakfast in the morning was a plus - juice, water, coffee, some meat, cheese, bread and other items. Although it is right off of the main road where cars and bikes pass, the noise is nothing to make a big fuss over. Bathroom seemed renovated. Overall for the price I enjoyed the stay and will stay again this week once I return from Skopelos. "

"Beautiful place! Mosquitoes arrived in full force at about 7 pm so the pool bar waitress served us dinner and drinks in the indoor lounge area. So lovely! "

"The property was beautiful, quiet and very accommodating to my wife and I. Anything needed or requested was handled by the staff quickly and appropriately. Definitely 5 star hotel with all amenities needed. The staff were the nicest people in Athens who made us feel special. If you are thinking about staying here, book your room now you will not be disappointed."

"I would recommend avoiding this property completely. Firstly, it is very close to a main road and the traffic noise will keep you awake at night. The main issue for us was the hidden costs of staying here, the property owner tried to charge us an extra €6 per day to use the air conditioning. When I refused to pay this (as it is not mentioned on the booking and air conditioning is listed as an included amenity) the property owner became very angry and aggressive towards me (for context I am a 5ft1 female). He was shouting at me in the street, pointing his hands in my face and demanding I come inside with him to make a payment. The general condition of the studios is very poor, it has clearly been neglected over the years. The grounds are in disarray. The only redeeming factor is that this property is opposite a beautiful beach and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. She have some great local recommendations and advice. It is just a shame that the property owner does not share the same hospitality. Avoid avoid avoid - unless you want to pay hidden costs & receive aggression from a very angry little man! "
