Geoff and Gina have gone to great lengths to make their guests feel welcome and have provided everything that you could possibly need. The outside facilities are excellent, unfortunately we were there in winter and were unable to make good use of them. Well cottage is well situated to explore the coast and downs. Really enjoyed staying here. Lots of laminated messages spread across the house reminding you of what you can or can’t do was good. Just two minor comments. Please note that the parking space is much smaller than the photos indicate. We got 2 cars on ok, but you are having to drive on and reverse off at an angle (something that I didn’t get right on a number of occasions), so you would struggle to get 2 large vehicles on there. Also, a little bit of constructive criticism. Although Geoff made himself known to us on the first morning, we never saw Gena at all. Just think it would have been nice to have had that personal touch so that if we had have wanted something, we wouldn’t have been afraid to ask. Like I say, minor quibbles and I certainly wouldn’t put anyone off staying at Well Cottage.
