"This spot is a gem away from the busyness of Newport. The tiny house we rented was beautifully appointed, the pool is lovely, the staff accommodating and friendly. Sachuest beach is a 12 minute drive and Thames street less than twenty. Altgough the property sits close to the busy east main road, the sounds of traffic are not a problem. The Newport Wine vineyard is right next door, accessible from the property! I’ll be back’ "

"Cindy was an amazing host who greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. She offered us hot chocolate and told us to meet her inside when we were ready. She was the nicest person you could ask for. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, and was in a great location with access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The homemade breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've ever had - fench toast casserole with blueberry. It was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again and...

"We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home.
