"What a beautiful property! I fell in love with the back yard and enjoyed the butternut tree,Rose of Sharon from the Adirondack chairs. The house was comfortable, clean and nicely (but not fussily) decorated. AC is window units but they did the job. Great location with nice walk to the point and a seafood restaurant. Will try to come back!"

"The property is spectacular!! We enjoyed an amazing week with our multi-generation family. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The views are incredible and we very much enjoyed the fabulous deck. Anne, the property manager was terrific and quick to reply to any random question we asked. This home is one of a kind! We go home with great memories and hope to be back next year!"

"This lovely house in Little Compton is a classic rustic New England beach house. The ace in the hole is they dynamite back yard, the amazing view of the Atlantic ocean and it is walking distance to a great beach. Highly recommended place to stay!"
Relax by the sea! Bed & Breakfast room near Horseneck State Beach

"Three families with teenage and young adult kids stayed at the Paquachuck for 3 days to celebrate a 60th and a 90th birthday. There was tons and tons of room for everybody. Each room is tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There are some rooms with a/c and some with funs. There are 3 full bathrooms which is doable with scheduling who is taking showers when. The main level is gorgeous. It is an historic inn and has maintained its charm with its furnishings. We had caterers that used the kitchen and it worked very well. The kitchen is large, has two dishwashers and has a large fridge. However the jewel of the Inn is the outdoor space facing the river. There is a lovely room by the bar that opens to the lawn and the dock. There is lots of seating for early morning coffee or late night karaoke. This is an ideal spot for a family celebration or a reunion. Because it is historic, the stairs are very steep and there are creaky floors but that is part of the fun. If you are a person that enjoys very modern, high end furnishings and appointments, this may not be for you. But it was a unique and wonderful experience for our family. Thank you Brenda."

"Snug cottage tucked away on a working farm property. Welcoming, cute and comfortable. All conveniences on hand: coffee/ tea, cereals, stocked mini-fridge, tissues and USB ports! Delicious dining nearby. We are VRBO owners ourselves and will gladly return."
