This cozy 3-room apartment (68 m²) is located 300 meters from the sea in a quiet 30 kph zone. The bright and beautifully furnished Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor (ground floor) of a small apartment building. The "Strandeule" offers up to 6 people. The distinctive apartment was refurbished until spring 2015 and renewed from furniture to inventory, and are fully equipped with modern design flooring. Heart of the apartment is about 25 m² large living-dining area with comfortable sofas, wing chairs and real wood furniture, 3D HD TV with satellite reception and large dining table. Enjoy from here Dünenblick and all day the sun on the south-west balcony. Stay in quiet and tastefully furnished bedrooms (15 and 18m²) at 180 and 160cm wide beds in country style and black-out blinds. The great room also has a stable bunk bed (200 x 90cm) and TV-SAT. All beds incl. The bunk bed equipped with very high quality, solid, new mattresses and an additional Hauck-cots for our youngest guests. The modern bathroom has a glass shower and heated towel rail. The new, separate kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, raclette, etc. and a further dining area for up to four people. In the kitchen, a dishwasher and private laundry incl. Dryer (washer-dryer) integrated. Two car parking spaces, bicycle storage and free Wi-Fi. Your dog is always welcome, but there is an extra of the cleaning company applicable. Linen, etc. be ordered for a fee.
