Family-friendly holiday home in Hornsea
Modern detached open plan bungalow, with stunning sea views, own parking, located just 2 mins walk from the beach and 3 miles from Hornsea. Comfortably sleeps 4 with all bed linen provided, (double bed & double sofa bed in the living room).
The large open plan layout includes a dining area and modern kitchen fully equipped with integrated appliances. The sofa bed is quick and simple to foldout and comes complete with king size quilt and bedding. This centrally heated area and realistic log effect gas fire provide the ideal atmosphere for relaxing, watching T.V , a D.V.D or playing children's games (all of which are provided).
The bathroom offers ease of access with a modern layout including a large walk in shower. Complete with towels, large wall mounted mirror and hairdryer.
The bedroom has a double bed with king size quilt. A travel cot is provided and a high chair is available on request.
Large Patio doors lead onto private fenced garden with furniture, offering security for both children and dogs.
The large entrance hall gives space to store prams/bikes and wheelchairs. All doors are wide enough to allow wheelchair access and ramps are provided.
Nearby in the area is the historical market town of Beverley with it's Minster, Theatre, Racecourse and Eateries. RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Fraisthorpe Beach are along the coast road and the attractions Hull's City of Culture - The Deep, Marina and Ferens Art Gallery ( which always hosts a wide variety of art ), Hull Truck New Theatre, K Com Stadium, Mainline Rail Station, Cross Channel Ferry Terminal are all within easy driving distance of less than 18 miles

What a great place to stay, really near to the beach for doggie 🐶 walks and a tea shop at the bottom of the garden.

August 16 - August 20 2021 Summer Holiday
We had a wonderful stay at Apple Tree, beautiful property and location. Janet was the perfect host and couldn’t have been more accommodating, available when needed yet also left us to enjoy our holiday. Janet also tracked down a brand new travel cot for us to use at short notice which was appreciated. We had an amazing holiday with our two young daughters, Poppy aged 6 and Annie aged 14 weeks. It was Annie’s first holiday. Poppy adored the dogs, especially Tank whom she still misses playing fetch with. Would also recommend Janet’s own tearoom where we enjoyed a delicious lunch, particularly the rocky road cake! Thank you Janet for the memories we have made staying at your beautiful cottage.
