Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Good parking I got a great room with no floors but there a pizzaria right outside and people were loud all the way until closing time at 10 PM. Can hear everyone that enters the building I had same experience last time in the upper floor. It’s disturbing because you hear everyone step and every door ...
