"We were on the first floor by the stair exit and it was extremely loud!! Every time someone closed that door it slammed with such force it made us jump. There were also dogs in one of the rooms barking off and on up until 11:00pm. Not a quiet area for sleeping. Breakfast choices were very good! Need more light around mirror in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Large room to move around in."

"My breakfast (turkey and egg croissant and steel cut oatmeal) was real good. Parking was safe and convenient, and the room was neat and clean. My TV's ESPN channel wouldn't work, and the tech came in to check. He had my channels reset and everything was great with my channels from then on! Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely stay with this location again!"

"Overall this is a really nice hotel on the Delaware. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to the room free of charge, which is a nice touch. Upgrades are desperately needed. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear people talking until 2am. On top of that the heating system is loud and woke us up several times over night. When I complained to the clerk at check out he said they would look into it. No compensation offered for our lack of sleep. "

"Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays. The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. At check-in, I had to wait over an hour because their system was not working. On top of that, the key cards were an issue—only one worked, and this was not just my problem; several other guests were dealing with the same situation. Overall, poor management and a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this place. VERY OLD BUILDING, noisy too "

"Not near a lot of stores but the stay was great. The WiFi was a little choppy but maybe cause we was in the back of the units. They had great breakfast. And kept units clean and friendly staff."
