5/5 Excellent

A lovely break with friends
A lovely cosy place to stay for 8 of us, plenty of room to sit, cook and eat together. Beds, all clean and comfortable with ample bathrooms etc to meet our needs. A fantastic location with two traditional pubs in working distance and lovely walks for all levels of ability in the doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Delightful home in the heart of the Peak District
Belmont is a large family home with all the modern conveniences you may need. It is furnished in a practical manner with large beds, many bathrooms, lovely dining room with a large dining table to seat everyone, separate lounge, a substantial kitchen stocked with all the equipment you may need to produce family meals and adjoining breakfast area. Outside is a lovely, large garden with seating area and a new gas barbecue. Plenty of parking. Overall, everything we need for a great holiday, not forgetting two pubs, a cafe and general store within easy walking distance. In addition, Edale is very well served with trains, so you can leave your car at home and certainly not use it during your stay! To save the Planet, every little helps (to borrow a slogan).

Lovely stay again
Fantastic property for a get away with friends or family. Flexible bedroom spaces, plenty of living space to spread out and well equipped kitchen. Great walks straight from the door. Perfect.

Great place for a big group in the wonderful setting of the Peak district
We had a lovely week here with family and friends - the house was always warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Wheatley Family
A most enjoyable stay. The house worked well for all of us and the bedrooms were very good. The location was excellent and it was a delight to leave the cars at the house the whole time. Morgan was most helpful and obliging. It is quite possible we will try to make a return visit.
