On top of that, VRBO’s “policy” doesn’t allow same day bookings, so instead of being able to enjoy my first night away in a long time, I was forced to spend what should have been time with friends scrambling to find somewhere reasonably priced to stay. There was one bedroom television that was not working at all. But we didn’t have time to email and try to seek a resolution or troubleshoot on our own. The problem was that the Home had roaches.
