Shower didn't work well only 1 of us could shower. Dirty room, coffee pot didn't work, stains on sheets. They need to put money into this hotel. Will never stay there again!

The room we were given had an odd odor that we didn't recognize. The electrical outlets were inconvenient and one was broken.

Very noisy group of eight Spanish-speaking men in the parking lot from 6:30-11. Staff said they could do nothing and that there were no security personnel. I asked staff to call the police to disburse the men. Finally, the men got in their vehicles and left. I don’t think they were motel guests. The breakfast was poor. Coffee urns were empty by 7:15 although breakfast goes until 9. The walls of our room needed cleaning or new paint. The uncomfortable beds made scrunchy sounds.

Management needs to step up their maintenance or this place will not last much longer. It is still a decent hotel and was comfortable and I could stay here, however, everything is worn out and damaged. Reclining chair in room has foam coming out of seat, walls have holes and very scuffed up. No water pressure. Maid needs to be replaced as they do not do a thorough job. Placards showing Wi Fi and door hanger covered with sticky substance I hope was food. As to the free breakfast it is actually a free breakfast item.

The staff was super sweet and friendly. Area wasn’t loud and we were close to Walmart so that was a plus. The room however had paint peeling off the ceilings, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been wiped down ever, and the sheets were very thread bare.

The hotel locks were very old and useless. We had NO HOT WATER!!!! For any of our showers!!!! At midnight Mexicans were playing their music as loud as it would go and we're drunk and fighting outside. I called the front desk and nothing was done about it until 3 a.m.. There wasn't any continental breakfast, that's a joke!!. We had to go and eat somewhere else. Oh and the bathroom door was impossible to open . This hotel was awful.

The property looked a little rundown and not well taken care. Once the door was opened the room revealed it's true condition. The bathtub was filthy with strains of who know what, the lower corner of the door and the door itself was covered with rusty spots and/or coffee stains, the electrical outlets were very loose and I couldn't keep my charging plug in place, the wiring was unsafe, there were 2-3 heavy cords draped over the top of the door and run down the wall to the TV which , by the way, did not work. The toilet ran all night long, the heater sounded like freight train moving thru the room. The "Superstar 8" breakfast was a huge joke. It consisted of prepackaged cinnamon rolls, blueberry muffins, juice, yogurt or applesauce. Coffee was available but cold and no hot water for tea. Overall, this place was unacceptable and filthy. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!!!

Booked a king room a was given a double because they said they didny have any kings. Even tho i booked a month in advance. Also recieved no compensation for this. Our door keys repeatedly stopped working. Had no hot water.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately when booking a king room it maybe avaliable when booking months in advance, but the day of a guest that is staying in the room can decided to extend their room longer which will make that room unavailable. King rooms are 10-15 cheaper than double bedrooms and you was not charged the extra amount because of that. no compensation will be given. We will also look into the hot water and see what the issue is. Thank you.

Good for overnight stopover
You got for what you paid. Clean room but there were some flies in the room. Clean bed and towels. Nice staffs, Safe area to stopover for a night. Very simple togo breakfast.

We checked in and checked out the same day there were bugs crawling all over our room the bathroom shower was molded. Just being in the room gave me hives sad to say this was by far my family and I WORSE CHOICE WE'VE EVER MADE ENDED UP HAVING TO SPEND AN ADDITIONAL 396.89 FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM JUST TO FEEL CLEAN AND SAFE.

The room was dirty, the linen was worn and dirty, the doors had large open spaces at the top and bottom and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast consisted of two choices of cereal, juice boxes, two types of packaged muffins and coffee, and the coffee pot was empty. Used to be a beautiful motel; don’t know what happened. Will never stay there shy.

I'm sorry that you feel you had a bad experience, but the room that you stayed in was a King smoking room, so it will smell of smoke. Wyndham brand standards insist of only 2 coffees, 2 juices, and 1 prepackaged item. Everything else is above and beyond for breakfast. We do hope to see you again in the near future.

We tossed and turned all night long the mattress was terrible we could feel the springs and kept rolling to the middle of the sunk in bed .and recliner was tourn all up .sit in it and almost fall to the floor. And carpet was dirty we was afraid to be barefoot on it

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. But I honestly didn’t even stay at the property. My room smelled of smoke and it just didn’t seem like a clean room. It’s true you get what you pay for

You get what you pay for.
Check in was easy. Had parking for larger vehicles. Which was a major plus. Room was in desperate need of updating. Room i was given was pretty much in the very back where folks were actually living there. Didnt feel save going out leaving the room based on this i wont be staying during my travels every few weeks. Nest time ill try staying at the neighboring hotel.

The condition the property is the worst I've ever seen in my 10 years of staying there for the watermelon festival. 0/10 recommend wouldn't advise my dog to live there even though they have a permanent stray dog that lives upstairs outside with a water and food bowl. Plumbing, sucks. Hot water, won't have it if there's too many people staying. Do not book here! 20-30 Dead beetle Bugs under your bed and behind night stand that they don't clean up.
