The house as wonderful - clean, kitchen great for cooking, beach chairs and outdoor games available, the beach steps away as well as the town of Hanalei a short walk!! "This place is a dream. The location cannot be beat. If you are looking for an easy, relaxing, not activity packed vacation, there’s no better rental. We walked back and forth to the beach multiple times a day and many times, we were the only people there; the walk to town is pleasant with the Kauai breeze. The outdoor shower, the yard with the mountain view, the windowed dining room, the quality beds and linens, the absence of rental home labels pasted everywhere or lengthy check out demands …this is easily the best rental experience we have ever had. All the special care and ease in this rental made it truly feel like home for our days there. We (2 adults and 2 kids around 10yrs old) were dreaming of our return trips the moment we left this home."

"This is an older small cottage on a large lot off of Weke Road on the way to the pier. One very comfortable king size bed, a larger bath, kitchen and living area with beautiful porch area. Good for a couple or maybe one small child. Walking distance to Hanalei Bay, shopping and restaurants. We were there for the Hanalei Bay Swim Challenge event, so we were close to everything we needed for practice and the race. Don’t miss Hanalei Pizza Shop in the strip mall next to Big Save Market and Na Pali Catamaran tours."

"Wasn't sure what to expect at first but this resort exceeded our expectations. The vibe was excellent. The staff extremely welcoming. The facilities and rooms were perfect. Location was fantastic. And that overlook for the sunsets were breathtaking. We stayed at another resort afterwards and it was so underwhelming which made our feelings about Hanalei Bay Resort that much more confirming."

"Great property, great host and a perfect location. Walked to the beach almost every day. Things were a little warm the first few days due to Hurricane Fausto passing by to the north and cutting off the trade winds, but that’s an unusual situation. We loved our time in Hanalei and appreciate Ann for all she did to make sure our stay was a good one. We can’t wait to get back."
